• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

4.2. Cancellation by Lisbon Attractions Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases:

• You will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
• We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations (e.g., transportation or accommodation).

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal and booking information.
• You are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may result in missing the tour without a refund.
• Follow the instructions and guidelines of the tour guide for safety and compliance with local regulations.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Lisbon Attractions Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., transportation providers).
• Our tours involve walking and visiting outdoor sites, which may pose physical demands. Guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health condition before participating.
